1. About These Terms
These Trading Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by RAZQUIP PTY LTD through our online store at razquip.com. By placing an order through the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

"Customer" or "you" means the person or entity purchasing goods or services from us.
"Goods" means the products listed on the Website and purchased by you.
"GST" has the meaning given in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

3. Orders and Acceptance
3.1 All orders placed through the Website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
3.2 An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed at that time.
3.3 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Website are accurate. However, if an error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Pricing and GST
4.1 All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
4.2 GST is included in the displayed price and itemised on your tax invoice in accordance with Australian tax law.
4.3 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
5.2 All payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details.
5.3 If payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be fulfilled until satisfactory payment is received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 We ship to addresses within Australia. International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us for a quote.
6.2 Orders over $100 (including GST) qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
6.3 Standard manufacturing lead time is 8–15 business days from order confirmation, plus 3–5 business days for standard delivery within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.4 Risk of loss and title for goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
6.5 If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
7.2 To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@razquip.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
7.3 Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and in resaleable condition, unless they are faulty.
7.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or we have sent the wrong item.
7.5 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–12 business days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Warranties
8.1 All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or repair for a product failure. See Warranty page for more detailed information.
8.2 In addition to your consumer law rights, manufacturer warranties may apply to specific products. Details of any applicable manufacturer warranty will be included with the product or available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the supply of goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, however caused.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (including the Australian Consumer Law).

10.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC) in accordance with the ADC Mediation Guidelines.
12.3 If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party services.
14. Severability

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
